In most cases planning permission is required for structures over 4m high and over 30m2 in area. Bolton Buildings recommend consulting with you local planning office and if required apply for planning permission.

Drawings are avaiable to suit the standard range of buildings for £45.00 incl P&P. Please contact us for prices on other options/designs.
